About the role.
This role focuses on leading master data governance and product lifecycle management initiatives within a large-scale digital program. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions, manage project lifecycles, and ensure financial discipline. The position requires a strategic mindset to oversee integration, testing, and service introduction processes in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do.
- Oversee end-to-end project activities from discovery and prototyping to MVP delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners and subject matter experts to define and deliver project requirements.
- Manage system integrators and technical teams to design, build, and test integration solutions.
- Ensure service introduction processes are embedded within all project and rollout activities.
- Validate business gaps with stakeholders and provide clear escalations and solution proposals to leadership.
- Support financial planning, budget governance, and expense tracking to ensure disciplined project execution.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation in alignment with PMO standards.
- Coordinate SIT testing support and ensure environment connectivity for successful project delivery.
What you bring.
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG with deep knowledge of at least one master data object (Finance, Customer, or Vendor/Supplier).
- Proven experience in project management within large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in financial management, including budget tracking and invoice governance.
- Strong background in PLCM and integration management.
- Ability to work effectively in a 5-day work-from-office environment in Hyderabad.
