About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our client's team in Bangalore. This role focuses on building, scaling, and maintaining robust AI infrastructure and platforms. You will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of AI-driven applications within a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
- Manage end-to-end deployment pipelines for AI models and platform services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive telemetry and observability frameworks to monitor system health.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Python-based IaC tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize platform performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and implement proactive monitoring solutions.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are integrated into the AI platform architecture.
What you bring.
- 10–14 years of professional experience in platform engineering or infrastructure roles.
- Expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes, covering setup through to production deployment.
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation using Python.
- Hands-on experience with telemetry and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD practices within an AI/ML context.
