About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale GCP-based cloud, data, and AI initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving program roadmaps, managing cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring the successful realization of business value through cloud transformation.
What you will do.
- Own the program roadmap, planning, and execution for complex GCP-based cloud, data engineering, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define and execute comprehensive cloud transformation strategies.
- Lead large-scale GCP implementations utilizing BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, and Vertex AI.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery excellence regarding timelines, quality, risk, and budget.
- Drive Agile delivery, governance, KPI tracking, and executive-level reporting.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and data engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Mentor team members and foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.
What you bring.
- 14-18 years of experience in cloud, data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery, with at least 6 years in TPM or Program Management roles.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale GCP transformation and data platform programs in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Deep technical understanding of GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, and Looker.
- Proficiency with modern data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Airflow, and Kafka.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders, program budgets, and cloud cost optimization.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and cloud consulting engagements is highly preferred.
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer certifications are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
