About the role.
This role involves managing group risk limits under the LRAP framework and ensuring adherence to credit risk standards. You will play a critical role in policy drafting, stakeholder management, and supporting enterprise-wide risk and compliance initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a risk professional to contribute to the stability and strategic oversight of investment operations in Pune.
What you will do.
- Manage group risk limits under the LRAP framework, including limit setting, negotiation, and daily compliance monitoring.
- Monitor and report on weighted average credit scores and maintain adherence to group watch lists.
- Draft, review, and maintain investment risk policies and procedure manuals across local business units.
- Lead and collaborate on internal projects focused on framework and policy simplification.
- Provide investment risk advisory services for RFPs, new product due diligence, and fund document refreshes.
- Support enterprise risk management and compliance exercises, including regulatory surveys and audit support.
- Lead Libor transition risk monitoring and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist leadership in planning and delivering BAU tasks and project milestones.
What you bring.
- 1–3 years of experience in investment risk management or a related financial services function.
- Strong understanding of credit risk standards and risk approval frameworks.
- Proven experience in policy drafting and procedure management.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex risk data effectively.
- Proficiency in project management with a focus on meeting strict timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
