About the role.

What you will do.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications
- Conduct detailed process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
- Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and validating solutions
- Provide ongoing support and analysis for implemented solutions
What you bring.
- 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the accounting or finance sector
- Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements
- Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in creating process flows, use cases, and other analytical documentation
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
