About the role.
This role is for a skilled Python Automation Engineer to join a forward-thinking team. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and scripts. The position requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and reliable automation solutions. You will contribute to enhancing product quality and accelerating development cycles.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using Python, Playwright, and Selenium
- Create and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient automation frameworks
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automation into the CI/CD pipeline
- Identify, analyze, and report defects, and work with teams to resolve them
- Perform root cause analysis for automation failures and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation processes and tools
- Document automation solutions, test plans, and test cases
What you bring.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Extensive experience with Playwright for web automation
- Solid experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser automation
- Familiarity with various testing methodologies and tools
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex automation issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
