About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex industrial projects in Vadodara. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with rigorous safety and quality standards. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
What you will do.
- Lead the full EPC lifecycle for large-scale chemical manufacturing projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Oversee vendor management and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve bottlenecks.
- Utilize SAP/ERP systems for resource planning and project documentation.
- Implement data-driven reporting using Power BI to track project performance metrics.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately within Aconex and SharePoint.
- Drive operational efficiency and maintenance planning throughout the project lifecycle.
What you bring.
- 15–20 years of professional experience in project management within the chemical or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in managing the full EPC project lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP/ERP, Power BI, Aconex, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, cost control, and vendor management.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to work full-time from the office in Vadodara.
