About the role.
This role sits within the Chief Transformation Office, focusing on client-centric initiatives for the Wholesale Front Office. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to manage complex change programs. The position requires a strategic mindset to document processes, analyze requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact banking solutions.
What you will do.
- Manage end-to-end requirements gathering, including functional specifications, tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Facilitate workshops to document current business processes and design future-state workflows.
- Lead functional design for user interfaces and reporting dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct option analysis to identify gaps, issues, and remediation requirements.
- Provide program-level project management and work stream tracking.
- Partner with business and technology teams to define and manage program goals.
- Escalate project issues and inefficiencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support ongoing project work and strategic decision-making.
What you bring.
- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution with a relevant undergraduate degree.
- 6–10 years of experience in Wholesale Banking, Global Markets, or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record in requirements analysis, change management, and project management.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and project management methodologies like Agile or Prince 2.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to articulate requirements using Use Cases, User Stories, and UML.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Credit Risk, Finance, and Operations within a banking context.
