About the role.
We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer to design and build AI-powered applications that combine modern Python back-end services with responsive React front-end experiences. You will work on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, and help bring them into production at scale. This is a hybrid role based in Bengaluru.
What you will do.
- Design, develop and maintain scalable back-end services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django or Flask
- Build responsive, performant user interfaces using React.js, Next.js and Node.js
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-powered features using LangChain, LangGraph and OpenAI APIs
- Design and implement RAG pipelines for document retrieval, embedding and context-aware generation
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to model, store and query application data efficiently
- Deploy and operate applications on AWS, ensuring reliability, security and observability
- Collaborate with product, data and design teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
What you bring.
- 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development
- Strong proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework such as FastAPI, Django or Flask
- Solid experience with React.js, Next.js and Node.js
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI and RAG pipelines
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
- Good understanding of software engineering best practices, version control and CI/CD
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in a hybrid team setting
