About the role.
We are looking for an experienced full-stack engineer with strong MERN stack expertise and hands-on experience building Generative AI and LLM-powered applications. You will design and develop web applications using React, Next.js and Node.js, integrating LLM capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation pipelines built with LangChain, LangGraph and OpenAI. The role sits at the intersection of modern web engineering and applied AI, with a focus on delivering robust, scalable and secure solutions.
What you will do.
- Design, build and maintain full-stack web applications using React.js, Next.js and Node.js
- Develop Generative AI features using LLMs, including integrations with OpenAI APIs
- Build and optimise RAG pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph for knowledge retrieval and reasoning workflows
- Design and manage data models across SQL and NoSQL databases to support AI-driven applications
- Deploy, monitor and scale services on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with product, data and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing and adherence to security and performance best practices
- Evaluate and improve LLM outputs, latency and cost across the application lifecycle
What you bring.
- 5 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack software development
- Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js and Node.js
- Practical experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including LangChain, LangGraph and OpenAI
- Proven experience building RAG pipelines in production environments
- Solid working knowledge of SQL databases and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS cloud services; AWS certification is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid team setting
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
