About the role.
This role focuses on designing and delivering Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows and generate insights for finance and advisory use cases. You will combine data science expertise with strong Python engineering to take models from prototype to production. The position offers the opportunity to shape the client's AI roadmap and work on high-impact, cutting-edge problems.
What you will do.
- Design, build and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for business use cases
- Develop autonomous AI agents that orchestrate tools, data sources and multi-step reasoning
- Apply data science techniques to analyse large datasets and derive actionable insights
- Write clean, scalable and maintainable Python code for model development and pipelines
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models, prompts and retrieval-augmented generation systems
- Collaborate with domain experts, engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Ensure AI solutions meet standards for quality, security, governance and responsible use
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and reusable frameworks
What you bring.
- 5 to 12 years of overall experience in data science, machine learning or AI engineering
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions using LLMs
- Practical experience developing Agentic AI systems or multi-agent workflows
- Strong proficiency in Python and relevant libraries for data science and AI
- Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics and data analysis
- Experience with retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases and prompt engineering
- Ability to deploy and monitor models in production environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid, collaborative team
