About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and build resilient, high-scale software systems. You will leverage a modern tech stack including Java, Angular, and Kafka to deliver mission-critical applications. This role also focuses on integrating AI-assisted development workflows to enhance productivity and maintain rigorous engineering standards.
What you will do.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot while adhering to SOLID and clean-code principles.
- Develop responsive, component-driven front-end applications using Angular.
- Design and optimize data models and complex queries within SQL Server environments.
- Build and maintain event-driven systems using Kafka to ensure high throughput and reliability.
- Apply advanced multithreading and concurrency patterns to deliver performant server-side solutions.
- Drive test excellence by enforcing high code coverage through comprehensive unit and integration testing.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines and improve system observability.
- Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and technical documentation processes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing through clear technical documentation and code reviews.
What you bring.
- 7–10 years of professional software engineering experience in production environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular, RxJS, and modern front-end architecture.
- Proven expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization and schema design.
- Practical experience with Kafka for event-driven architecture.
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to improve development velocity.
- Strong commitment to software craftsmanship, including TDD and secure coding practices.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
