About the role.

The AEM Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable digital experiences within the MarTech ecosystem. You will work across AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms to deliver high-performance, content-driven solutions that support global business objectives.

What you will do.

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support content authors by leveraging deep knowledge of the AEM authoring interface.
  • Integrate AEM platforms with internal systems and third-party services.
  • Contribute to solution design, platform performance, security, and system stability.
  • Manage localization, multilingual site structures, and multi-site management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in collaboration with QA, operations, and DevOps teams.
  • Maintain high code standards, technical documentation, and component libraries.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

What you bring.

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in AEM development (Sites, Assets, Forms).
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proven experience building custom AEM components, templates, and authoring tools.
  • Deep knowledge of AEM architecture, JCR, dispatcher configuration, APIs, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with localization and multi-site/multi-language implementations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, testing, and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Managed Services or AEM as a Cloud Service is highly preferred.
