About the role.
The AEM Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable digital experiences within the MarTech ecosystem. You will work on AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, content-driven solutions that support global business objectives.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and system integrations.
- Support content authors by leveraging deep knowledge of the AEM authoring interface.
- Integrate AEM platforms with internal systems and third-party services.
- Contribute to solution design, platform performance optimization, security, and system stability.
- Manage localization, multilingual site structures, and multi-site management configurations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with QA, operations, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain high code standards, technical documentation, and component libraries.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
What you bring.
- 4–6 years of professional experience in AEM development including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience building custom AEM components, templates, and authoring tools.
- Solid understanding of AEM architecture, JCR, dispatcher configuration, APIs, and workflows.
- Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Launch.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization, and CI/CD practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Adobe AEM certification is highly preferred.
