About the role.
We are seeking a skilled AEM Back-End Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side architectures for Adobe Experience Manager solutions. You will focus on Java development, Sling Models, and OSGi services to optimize performance across AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity on complex, high-impact digital experience projects.
What you will do.
- Develop custom AEM components, Sling Models, Servlets, and OSGi services.
- Build and maintain complex workflows, business logic, and backend services.
- Manage content structures, repository configurations, and multi-site deployments.
- Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Target, and third-party CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL integrations.
- Configure and optimize JCR, Oak indexes, Dispatcher, and caching mechanisms.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and Cloud Manager deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure system stability.
What you bring.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Sling Framework, OSGi, JCR, and Maven.
- Deep understanding of AEM architecture, Dispatcher, and content replication.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, and CI/CD automation.
- Proven ability to manage package deployments and environment configurations.
- Familiarity with AEM as a Cloud Service and Adobe Experience Platform is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of headless AEM and GraphQL APIs is a significant advantage.
