About the role.
We are seeking a seasoned Configuration Management Lead to oversee global CMDB governance and ITSM strategy. This role involves driving standardization, managing global teams, and ensuring high-level compliance and data integrity across complex technical environments.
What you will do.
- Update and enforce CMDB asset governance frameworks and policies
- Drive standardization of configuration management processes across global regions and divisions
- Lead and mentor global Configuration Management teams to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain CMDB data quality, integrity, and oversee recertification processes
- Manage ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and UAT for major releases
- Drive automation initiatives and continuous service improvements
- Prepare executive-level MIS reports and track key performance indicators
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audit requirements and risk assessments
- Partner with regional IT leaders and manage key vendor relationships
What you bring.
- 15–18 years of professional experience in IT service management and configuration management
- Expertise in ITIL frameworks and ServiceNow platform management
- Proven track record in global team management and stakeholder engagement
- Strong proficiency in CMDB governance, process improvement, and audit compliance
- Experience with JIRA and project management methodologies
- Ability to perform complex risk assessments and maintain high data integrity standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
