About the role.
As a Production Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining critical technology infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance. You will resolve complex technical issues, implement automation to drive efficiency, and contribute to the resiliency of the firm's digital environment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
What you will do.
- Provide advanced technical support to resolve complex infrastructure issues and minimize operational disruption.
- Execute preventative maintenance tasks on hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for troubleshooting, self-service, and team knowledge sharing.
- Analyze system logs and error reports to identify root causes and implement effective technical resolutions.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance monitoring, capacity management, and system stability.
- Manage business continuity and cyber resiliency efforts to protect critical service operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement configuration changes and infrastructure upgrades.
- Identify and remediate service-impacting risks through proactive monitoring and alerting.
What you bring.
- Proven experience in managing and supporting Azure and M365 Tenant environments.
- Strong expertise in administering Exchange and Proofpoint email security solutions.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for task automation and system management.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix cloud environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and backup tools such as Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik.
- Knowledge of Copilot, Cyber Resiliency, and Splunk Cloud.
- Understanding of GCP as a recovery platform.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.
