About the role.
This role involves building and maintaining critical network infrastructure to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of enterprise-wide systems. You will be responsible for managing network operations, resolving complex incidents, and implementing automation to optimize performance. The position requires a proactive approach to production support and cross-functional collaboration to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives.
What you will do.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Monitor IT infrastructure and system performance to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities or outages.
- Implement automated tasks and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Ensure secure configuration of hardware and software to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with product managers and architects to define infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes to drive down mean time to resolution.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Act as a primary contact point for stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors.
What you bring.
- 4–10 years of experience in Network Operations within an enterprise-scale environment.
- Hands-on expertise with F5 Load Balancers (LTM).
- Strong experience in Proxy technologies such as Zscaler, Blue Coat, or Squid.
- Proficiency in Infoblox (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and DNS administration.
- Solid understanding of Routing & Switching protocols.
- Proven experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Ability to troubleshoot network outages and service issues independently.
- Experience with Python or Ansible scripting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, network monitoring tools, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
