About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to join a dynamic team in Bangalore. This role involves leading the design and implementation of robust Java-based applications, providing crucial technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and maintaining best practices within the development lifecycle.
What you will do.
- Lead the design and implementation of Java-based applications
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Java development
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team
- Act as a subject matter expert on Java technologies and frameworks
What you bring.
- 10–18 years of experience in Java backend development
- Proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot
- Strong experience with Apache Kafka
- Demonstrated expertise in Java APIs and Java Database Connectivity (JDBC)
- Solid understanding and experience with Agile Methodology
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance applications
