About the role.
This role focuses on the operational support of AI and machine learning processes within a counterparty credit risk technology environment. You will be responsible for monitoring model performance, investigating anomalies, and developing automation tools to enhance system reliability. The position requires a blend of technical production support expertise and a solid understanding of credit risk concepts.
What you will do.
- Monitor AI/ML-enabled operational processes daily to identify drift, anomalies, and quality degradation.
- Perform first-line investigations of model and data anomalies, routing issues to the appropriate technical or risk teams.
- Maintain and enhance automated alerts, dashboards, and scripts to reduce manual monitoring efforts.
- Support incident management by logging, triaging, and coordinating with engineering teams to resolve production issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and contribute to long-term process improvements.
- Apply knowledge of counterparty credit risk concepts to validate monitoring outputs and reconciliation breaks.
- Maintain SOPs and runbooks to ensure all processes remain audit-ready and compliant.
- Mentor junior team members and support the onboarding and cross-training of new staff.
What you bring.
- 4–7 years of experience in technology operations or production support environments.
- Prior exposure to AI Ops, MLOps, or intelligent automation frameworks.
- Proficiency in using monitoring, observability, and dashboarding tools to build and maintain alerting logic.
- Working knowledge of Counterparty Credit Risk concepts such as EPE/PFE, exposure, limits, and collateral.
- Strong analytical and RCA skills with the ability to work effectively under SLA constraints.
- Proven ability to mentor team members and communicate complex technical issues to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in a hybrid work environment with a focus on operational excellence.
