About the role.
This role focuses on the design, development, and maintenance of complex reporting solutions within the Fenergo platform. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications to ensure accurate regulatory and operational reporting. The position requires a deep understanding of data structures and the ability to optimize reporting performance in a high-stakes environment.
What you will do.
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards within the Fenergo application.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed reporting requirements.
- Perform data mapping and validation to ensure the integrity of reporting outputs.
- Optimize existing report queries to improve system performance and data retrieval speed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to report generation and data extraction.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting configurations and technical processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Fenergo reporting modules.
- Ensure all reporting solutions comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
What you bring.
- 7–11 years of professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
- Proven expertise in Fenergo reporting and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services or software domain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
