About the role.
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead Fenergo reporting initiatives within a dynamic, hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports to support regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the Fenergo platform and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
What you will do.
- Design and develop custom reports within the Fenergo platform to meet specific business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document reporting needs.
- Perform data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of all generated reports.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to report generation and data extraction.
- Optimize existing reporting processes to improve performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Fenergo functionalities.
- Ensure all reporting outputs comply with internal data governance and security standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all reporting configurations and workflows.
What you bring.
- 7–11 years of professional experience in software implementation or data reporting roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Fenergo configuration and reporting modules.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks within the financial services or software sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
