About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team in Pune. This role focuses on the functional implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, ensuring seamless system adoption through comprehensive documentation and training. You will work closely with international stakeholders to bridge the gap between complex financial requirements and technical system capabilities.
What you will do.
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
- Develop detailed user manuals, process documentation, and supplementary notes for system users.
- Create comprehensive FAQ documents to assist end-users with system navigation and troubleshooting.
- Design and deliver effective training sessions for core project teams and end-users.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Provide ongoing functional support during and after the implementation phase.
- Maintain alignment with project timelines while managing communication across different time zones.
What you bring.
- 8–11 years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion Finance functional consulting.
- Strong hands-on expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Proven track record in creating high-quality user manuals and technical documentation.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting end-user training sessions for finance modules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular attendance at the Pune office.
- Flexibility to manage overlapping working hours with US-based teams.
