About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join our client's team in Pune. This role focuses on delivering high-quality financial solutions, managing end-to-end implementation projects, and collaborating with global finance stakeholders to ensure project success and operational excellence.
What you will do.
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects from inception to delivery.
- Oversee solution delivery, governance, and quality assurance for financial modules.
- Collaborate with global finance teams and treasury users to understand and address business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance to senior business leadership regarding financial system optimization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive project success by ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
What you bring.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Cash Management modules.
- Proven track record of leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with global finance teams and treasury functions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Pune.
