About the role.
We are looking for a skilled Core Java Developer to join a dynamic engineering team focused on building high-performance backend applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems that ensure optimal efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex distributed architectures within a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable server-side applications using Core Java.
- Optimize application performance through advanced memory management and efficient caching strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues and enhance existing system architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code while adhering to industry best practices and design patterns.
- Implement and maintain high-throughput systems using advanced multithreading and concurrency models.
- Conduct performance profiling to identify and resolve system bottlenecks.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java with deep expertise in Java 8 features.
- Solid understanding of Multithreading, concurrency models, and the Collections Framework.
- Comprehensive knowledge of OOPS principles, design patterns, and exception handling.
- Proven experience in memory allocation, garbage collection tuning, and memory management.
- Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and performance profiling tools.
