About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This critical role focuses on designing, building, and deploying advanced agentic AI workflows and RAG pipelines to solve real-world enterprise problems. You will bridge the gap between complex technical AI development and practical business application, ensuring high-performance, scalable solutions.
What you will do.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows for complex enterprise use cases.
- Implement and optimize integrations with leading LLM APIs.
- Develop, refine, and evaluate prompts for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Architect and maintain retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of deployed AI systems.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring.
- 6–13 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI orchestration and multi-agent systems.
- Proven experience with LLM APIs and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques including few-shot and chain-of-thought.
- Practical knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embedding models.
- Solid programming background in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or GCP Vertex AI.
- Domain knowledge in finance or healthcare is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
