About the role.
This role sits within the Prime Brokerage division, focusing on delivering high-quality analytical support for complex financial portfolios. You will be responsible for providing critical insights into P&L, balance sheet movements, and risk metrics to support strategic decision-making. The position requires a blend of technical proficiency and deep financial product knowledge to navigate the fast-paced environment of global markets.
What you will do.
- Perform daily P&L analysis and reconciliation for prime brokerage accounts.
- Conduct detailed balance sheet analysis to monitor exposure and capital requirements.
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
- Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets for management reporting.
- Support risk management functions by identifying and escalating potential portfolio anomalies.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and treasury operations.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline data processing and enhance analytical efficiency.
- Provide insights on Equities, Equity Derivatives, and Fixed Income products to internal teams.
What you bring.
- 2–5 years of experience in financial services, specifically within Prime Brokerage or Treasury functions.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for financial modeling and data management.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of financial products including Equities, Equity Derivatives, and Fixed Income.
- Proven ability to perform complex P&L and balance sheet analysis.
- Familiarity with risk management frameworks and regulatory reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a Work From Office environment.
