About the role.
We are seeking a Lead Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and integrate a GenAI platform within a sophisticated banking environment. You will work closely with architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions on Red Hat OpenShift. This role is pivotal in managing enterprise AI components and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
What you will do.
- Deploy and manage Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, MCP Servers, and MCP Gateway.
- Implement robust AI security, governance, and compliance controls.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and backend systems.
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and support PostgreSQL, Redis, and shared platform services.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for platform delivery.
- Ensure monitoring, logging, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and operational best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Application Integration.
- Technical lead-level expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, and containerization.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible.
- Proven experience in Python development and enterprise application integration.
- Experience with GenAI platform components and observability tools.
- Strong background in databases, caching technologies, and networking in regulated environments.
- Relevant bachelor degree in a technical field.
