About the role.
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and integrate GenAI platforms within a secure, enterprise-grade environment. You will collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable AI solutions, ensuring high availability, security, and seamless integration with backend systems.
What you will do.
- Deploy and manage GenAI platform components including Langfuse, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails, and MCP infrastructure.
- Implement robust AI security, governance, and compliance controls within production environments.
- Integrate AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, and existing backend systems.
- Manage containerized deployments using Docker, OpenShift, and automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and support PostgreSQL, Redis, and shared platform services to ensure high performance.
- Design and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using Terraform and Ansible for platform delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive monitoring, logging, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities for AI services.
- Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks for platform maintenance.
What you bring.
- 10–15 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
- Expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux Administration.
- Strong proficiency in Python Development and Enterprise Application Integration.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI platform components, Langfuse, and NeMo Guardrails.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of databases, caching technologies, networking, and security best practices.
- Relevant bachelor degree in a technical field.
