About the role.
We are seeking a skilled AEM Front-End Developer to design and implement responsive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences. You will be responsible for building reusable components and modern UI solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end interfaces with complex backend services. This role is ideal for a developer looking to leverage their expertise in AEM and modern JavaScript frameworks within an enterprise environment.
What you will do.
- Build reusable AEM components, templates, Experience Fragments, and mobile-first web experiences.
- Configure editable templates and enhance content authoring workflows for marketing teams.
- Develop high-quality UI solutions using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, and AEM SPA Editor.
- Integrate front-end components with APIs and backend services to ensure seamless data flow.
- Optimize web performance, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), and SEO best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, QA processes, and CI/CD workflows to ensure high-quality releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
What you bring.
- 4–7 years of professional front-end development experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with AEM Sites.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
- Proven experience with AEM Components, Editable Templates, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and SPA Editor.
- Familiarity with Adobe Client Libraries, Webpack, Node.js, and Git version control.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for enterprise-scale applications.
