About the role.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing and implementing scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, working within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to deliver production-ready AI applications.
What you will do.
- Analyze existing application ecosystems and business processes to identify high-value AI/ML use cases.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Generative AI, RAG, and agent-based solutions.
- Develop hands-on prototypes and production-grade AI applications to validate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise data platforms and pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers and development teams.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model selection, security, and responsible AI.
- Review solution designs, code, and AI architecture to ensure quality, scalability, and performance.
- Communicate technical concepts and solution recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you bring.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and data science.
- Strong hands-on development expertise in Python.
- Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, and Gen AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
- Demonstrated success in delivering AI/ML solutions from concept through to production.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
