About the role.
We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. In this hybrid role, you will design and implement sophisticated machine learning pipelines, large-scale model inferencing APIs, and advanced LLM serving architectures. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing model performance and integrating generative AI solutions into our enterprise-grade financial platforms.
What you will do.
- Design and manage RAG and LLM pipelines for experiment, model, and feature management.
- Develop and maintain scalable APIs for high-performance model inferencing.
- Optimize LLM and LVM models to improve accuracy and latency while reducing resource consumption.
- Architect solutions for distributed training and efficient GPU utilization.
- Implement robust LLMOps workflows using Kubernetes, Docker, and orchestration frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing data ecosystems.
- Oversee model retraining strategies and lifecycle management.
What you bring.
- 9–14 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Educational background from premier institutions (IIT, NIT, or IIM).
- Deep expertise in Gen AI, LLMs, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with Langchain, Langgraph, and container orchestration tools.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with diverse database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and BigQuery.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Kibana.
