About the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Client Experience Funds domain. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless business readiness and rigorous testing for fund-related initiatives.

What you will do.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for Client Experience Funds.
• Lead end-to-end testing cycles, including UAT, to ensure system functionality aligns with business expectations.
• Manage business readiness activities, ensuring operational teams are prepared for new product launches and system updates.
• Identify process gaps and propose scalable solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and mitigate risks during the implementation phase.

What you bring.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services or investment funds sector.
• Strong expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage business readiness and change management processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
