About the role.
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Mumbai. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of complex settlement processing solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
What you will do.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for settlement processing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and document detailed functional requirements for Position Management and Asset Servicing workflows.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to resolve bottlenecks and manage project timelines.
- Oversee testing phases, including UAT, to ensure high-quality deployment of financial systems.
- Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Manage project documentation and reporting to ensure transparency across all project phases.
What you bring.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within the financial services or banking domain.
- Deep functional knowledge of settlement processing, specifically regarding Position Management and Asset Servicing.
- Strong proficiency in gathering requirements, process mapping, and project documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience working on large-scale digital transformation projects in the capital markets sector is highly desirable.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with SQL or data analysis tools to support requirement validation.
