About the role.
This role involves designing, developing, and scaling production-grade AI and Generative AI applications. You will work on building agentic systems and enterprise-level integrations that drive real-world business value. The position is based in Pune and requires a strong focus on reliability, observability, and system performance.
What you will do.
- Build and deploy end-to-end AI and GenAI systems including RAG, agents, and automation workflows
- Design and maintain scalable APIs and microservices for AI-driven solutions
- Implement robust data pipelines and advanced retrieval systems
- Optimize prompt engineering, model evaluation, and overall system performance
- Ensure the reliability, observability, and scalability of production AI services
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of internal engineering best practices
What you bring.
- 5.5–8 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI-focused roles
- Strong programming proficiency in Python or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern AI frameworks
- Proven experience building APIs and working with distributed systems
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning
