About the role.
This role focuses on supporting the risk governance framework and ensuring robust control processes are maintained within the organization. You will be responsible for regulatory monitoring, managing risk management information, and overseeing outsourcing controls. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will do.
- Maintain and enhance the risk governance framework to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and analyze risk management information (MI) for senior management reporting.
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
- Oversee outsourcing controls to ensure compliance with group standards and local requirements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory liaison activities.
- Evaluate and improve existing control processes to mitigate operational risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk policies.
- Manage documentation and reporting using MS Office tools and SharePoint.
What you bring.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in risk management or a related control function.
- Strong understanding of risk governance frameworks and control processes.
- Proven experience in regulatory monitoring and liaison.
- Familiarity with German regulations is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills for reporting and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
