About the role.
We are looking for a seasoned Workday Specialist to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our human capital management ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a key technical lead, ensuring system integrity and driving process improvements to support our evolving business needs.
What you will do.
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security groups, and tenant settings.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide expert-level support for complex functional queries.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR analytics.
- Manage the end-to-end testing process for bi-annual Workday releases and system updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing workflows.
- Ensure data integrity and seamless integration across all human capital management modules.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of total professional experience with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in Workday administration and configuration.
- Strong proficiency in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent Management modules.
- Demonstrated ability to write complex calculated fields and advanced reports.
- Solid understanding of Workday security architecture and business process framework.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a global IT services or consulting environment is highly preferred.
- Certification in Workday HCM or related functional areas is a plus.
