About the role.
This role involves leading advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives within a cloud-based ecosystem. As a Manager, you will guide technical delivery, oversee complex ML implementations, and ensure high-quality outcomes for stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving the practical application of predictive modeling and statistical analysis to solve critical business problems.
What you will do.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and machine learning use cases.
- Guide technical decision-making and maintain high delivery standards across the project lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders to define requirements, manage risks, and align outcomes with business objectives.
- Apply hands-on expertise in Python and cloud-native ML services to build scalable solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of forecasting, classification, and model explainability frameworks.
- Mentor team members and ensure best practices in ML development and deployment.
- Coordinate project activities to ensure seamless integration within the cloud ecosystem.
What you bring.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in advanced analytics and machine learning.
- Engineering degree or higher qualification.
- Strong proficiency in Python and statistical modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Vertex AI and cloud-based ML platforms.
- Familiarity with BigQuery ML and Databricks is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver complex ML projects in a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and project dependencies.
