About the role.
We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Consultant to join a dynamic team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to drive operational efficiency for diverse clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust financial and business solutions in a hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions tailored to client business requirements
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion applications
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations
- Assist in data migration activities and integration with third-party systems
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and industry best practices
What you bring.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2 to 6.5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion functional or technical modules
- Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle reporting tools is highly desirable
