About the role.
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models that address complex business and financial challenges. You will work within a hybrid environment to build scalable solutions, leveraging distributed computing frameworks to drive measurable outcomes. What you will do.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for diverse business and financial use cases.
- Build and implement predictive, classification, clustering, recommendation, and forecasting solutions.
- Perform comprehensive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and strategic business opportunities.
- Develop statistical models to support financial planning, risk assessment, and performance optimization.
- Process and analyze large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets using PySpark and Spark.
- Develop efficient feature engineering pipelines and maintain reusable feature stores.
- Implement end-to-end machine learning lifecycle management using MLflow.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and distributed computing frameworks like PySpark and Spark.
- Proven experience in building predictive, classification, clustering, and recommendation models.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow for end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining feature store frameworks.
- Domain expertise in Payments, Cards, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform deep exploratory data analysis.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
