About the role.
This role involves designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated machine learning models to address complex business and financial challenges. You will work within a collaborative environment to translate business requirements into measurable analytical outcomes using distributed computing frameworks.
What you will do.
- Design and deploy machine learning models for diverse business and financial use cases.
- Build predictive, classification, clustering, recommendation, and forecasting solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Develop statistical models to support financial planning, risk assessment, and performance optimization.
- Process and analyze large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets using PySpark and Spark.
- Develop efficient feature engineering pipelines for machine learning applications.
- Implement end-to-end ML lifecycle management using MLflow.
- Build and maintain reusable feature pipelines leveraging Feature Store frameworks.
What you bring.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark/Spark.
- Proven experience in building predictive, classification, clustering, and recommendation models.
- Hands-on experience with MLflow and Feature Store frameworks.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing frameworks for scalable model training.
- Prior experience in Payments, Cards, Banking, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
