About the role.

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our client's technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that support complex financial data processing and analytical workflows. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that meets rigorous industry standards.

What you will do.

  • Design and implement scalable, efficient, and maintainable Python-based applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines to support financial analytics and reporting.
  • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.

  • Maintain documentation for software design and development processes.

What you bring.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of core Python libraries.
  • Experience working with data-heavy applications or financial services software.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.
