About the role.
This role is for an experienced Project Manager to oversee initiatives related to GLOSS systems. You will be responsible for driving project success from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery. The position requires a blend of technical understanding and strong leadership skills to navigate complex financial projects.
What you will do.
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of GLOSS-related projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and external dependencies as required
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
What you bring.
- 10–13 years of experience in project management within the financial services industry
- Proven experience managing projects related to GLOSS systems or similar financial platforms
- Strong understanding of banking operations and financial products
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
