About the role.
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master Lead to guide multiple agile teams and champion agile methodologies across the organization. This pivotal role involves coaching teams, stakeholders, and management on agile principles and practices to ensure the effective delivery of high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in scaling agile frameworks and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
What you will do.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams on agile frameworks and best practices
- Identify and actively remove impediments to team progress and productivity
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within and across teams
- Report on team progress, impediments, and agile metrics to stakeholders
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability
What you bring.
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale)
- Ability to coach and mentor team members and stakeholders
- Proficiency with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other scaling agile certifications
