About the role.
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst will play a critical role in securing the organization's digital infrastructure. You will be responsible for implementing robust access controls, managing identity lifecycles, and ensuring compliance with global security frameworks. This role is ideal for a security professional looking to apply their technical expertise within a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
What you will do.
- Design and implement comprehensive Identity and Access Management solutions to protect organizational assets.
- Manage Customer IAM (CIAM) processes to ensure secure and seamless user authentication experiences.
- Configure and maintain access control policies using industry-standard platforms like Okta and ForgeRock.
- Monitor and audit security protocols to identify and mitigate potential access vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into IT workflows.
- Ensure all access management activities align with NIST standards and internal security policies.
- Provide technical support for access-related incidents and participate in security incident response activities.
- Maintain documentation for access management frameworks and operational procedures.
What you bring.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or Cyber Security.
- Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or ForgeRock.
- Strong understanding of Access Management principles, frameworks, and security protocols.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with security standards such as NIST.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on security-first thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model based in mumbai.
