About the role.
We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications across the React frontend and Node.js backend. You will work closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, reliable, production-ready features. This role also involves driving technical design discussions, reviewing code, troubleshooting production issues, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to boost efficiency and code quality.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Build secure REST APIs and optimize database design and queries to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.
- Drive technical design discussions and perform thorough code reviews.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement lasting fixes.
- Mentor junior engineers as needed.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.
What you bring.
- 5-7 years of hands-on fullstack development experience.
- Strong experience with React (state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, TypeScript) and Node.js backend development.
- Good understanding of REST API architecture, authentication, middleware, exception handling, logging, Swagger/OpenAPI, and unit testing.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL/MongoDB, SQL optimization, database migrations, and performance tuning.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Kafka, Git workflows, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP acceptable).
- Experience integrating AWS services and building scalable, production-grade applications.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, and developer productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
