About the role.
The Technical Lead will provide end-to-end technical leadership for AI, GenAI, and digital transformation initiatives. You will act as the primary technical authority within delivery teams, bridging the gap between high-level architecture and hands-on engineering. This role is critical for ensuring that complex, enterprise-scale applications are scalable, secure, and fully integrated into the financial ecosystem.
What you will do.
- Define technical architecture and detailed design aligned with enterprise standards.
- Lead development activities across frontend, backend, and integration layers while enforcing coding best practices.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all production environments.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to manage technical dependencies.
- Oversee the integration of AI/ML models into production systems, ensuring operational readiness.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system integrity.
- Mentor junior developers and drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
What you bring.
- 6–8 years of experience in software development and engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.
- Expertise in System Design, Software Architecture, and Backend/Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Microservices, API Design, and Cloud Computing.
- Proven experience with DevSecOps practices and performance optimization.
- Exposure to AI/ML systems integration and GenAI technologies.
- Relevant bachelor degree in a technical field.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is a significant advantage.
