About the role.
We are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Operations Engineer to design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure supporting large-scale software delivery. You will work on CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads on Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code to improve reliability, security, and efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to shape cloud operations practices across teams.
What you will do.
- Design, build, and operate scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
- Manage containerized applications and orchestration using Kubernetes
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform
- Automate operational tasks through scripting in Python, Bash, or similar languages
- Ensure cloud security, networking, and architecture best practices are followed
- Monitor system performance and drive reliability improvements
- Collaborate with development and platform teams to streamline cloud operations
What you bring.
- 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations or related engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS; knowledge of Azure or GCP is an advantage
- Practical experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform
- Proficiency in scripting or software development (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of cloud security, networking, and architecture principles
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI technologies is an advantage
