This role focuses on establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks to ensure technology design integrity and operational efficiency. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, leveraging automation to streamline design review processes. The position is ideal for a professional who excels at stakeholder management and has a deep technical understanding of platform-based governance.
What you will do.
- Develop and implement automated governance frameworks using advanced platform capabilities
- Manage end-to-end technology design review processes and approval workflows
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications
- Facilitate governance forums and lead communication with key stakeholders
- Maintain comprehensive governance documentation and develop real-time reporting dashboards
- Drive process design improvements to enhance organizational agility
What you bring.
- 7–10 years of professional experience in technology governance or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- Proven expertise in custom application development, UI development, and Service Portal
- Proficiency in Platform Analytics, Flow Designer, and Automation Engine
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical teams
