About the role.
As an Adobe Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will define and deliver enterprise-scale digital experience architectures that leverage Adobe Experience Cloud, AI/ML capabilities, and modern cloud platforms. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, shaping strategy, architecture roadmaps, and operating models that drive measurable customer outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing technology, data architecture, and cloud-native innovation.
What you will do.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define digital experience, customer data, and AI/ML strategy.
- Translate business vision into actionable multi-year architecture roadmaps encompassing Adobe solutions and cloud services.
- Design end-to-end architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and complex client ecosystems.
- Define AI- and data-centric architectures, including customer data platforms, identity management, and data activation patterns.
- Recommend future-state technology architectures using cloud-native principles such as API-first, microservices, and event-driven design.
- Establish governance, operating models, and architecture review processes to support sustainable technology adoption.
- Communicate architecture options, trade-offs, and recommendations to C-level leadership using clear narratives and value framing.
- Mentor other architects and consultants on enterprise, AI, and cloud architecture best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and executive presentations.
What you bring.
- 8–13 years of experience in developing enterprise architecture models.
- Proven expertise in architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF.
- Strong experience with public cloud architecture and services on Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud or similar digital marketing platforms.
- Experience designing AI-powered customer experiences, including LLM-based services, prompt design, and RAG.
- Understanding of agentic workflows and their impact on reliability, observability, and governance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical strategy for senior leadership.
- Ability to travel up to 50% as required by client engagements.
