About the role.
This role sits within the Global Risk Methodology team, focusing on the development and maintenance of robust risk frameworks. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational risk management standards are met while collaborating with global stakeholders to enhance methodology processes.
What you will do.
- Support the development and implementation of global risk methodologies and frameworks.
- Execute risk and control activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure methodology updates are completed efficiently.
- Analyze operational risk data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and update documentation on SharePoint to ensure version control and accessibility.
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for senior management using MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline risk assessment processes.
- Utilize Power BI to visualize risk metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
What you bring.
- 4–7 years of professional experience within the financial services industry.
- Proven expertise in operational risk management and risk control activities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with MS SharePoint and Power BI for reporting and data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
