About the role.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions between SAP and non-SAP environments. You will play a critical part in building secure, scalable interfaces using modern middleware technologies to ensure seamless data flow across the enterprise ecosystem.
What you will do.
- Design, develop, and configure complex integrations between SAP and third-party applications.
- Build and manage integration flows using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP PI/PO.
- Develop and maintain interfaces utilizing IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, OData, and JDBC protocols.
- Perform message mapping, routing, and exception handling to ensure data integrity.
- Monitor interface performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with functional, ABAP, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support the full integration lifecycle, including unit testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production hypercare.
- Participate in migration and modernization initiatives from legacy middleware to SAP Integration Suite.
What you bring.
- 6–9 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration development.
- Strong proficiency in SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite.
- Expertise in integration protocols including IDoc, RFC, BAPI, SOAP, REST, and OData.
- Experience with Groovy scripting, API Management, and Event Mesh.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and cloud-based integration patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
