About the role.
The Product Planner will be responsible for managing production schedules and supply chain workflows to ensure optimal operational efficiency. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to align production output with market demand while maintaining strict quality standards. You will play a critical role in streamlining logistics and ensuring that all manufacturing processes adhere to international quality management systems.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans to meet organizational targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and distribution of products.
- Ensure all production activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO-TS 16949 standards.
- Utilize SAP systems to track production progress and generate performance reports.
- Collaborate with the PLM team to manage product lifecycle data and documentation.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all planning and scheduling activities.
What you bring.
- Proven experience in production planning and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO-TS 16949 quality standards.
- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
