What you will do.
- Manage end-to-end tax data operations and ensure timely delivery of reporting requirements.
- Perform complex data analysis and reconciliation to maintain high standards of data integrity.
- Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate operational risks in tax processes.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in tax reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
- Oversee tax provisioning activities and provide analytical support for financial reporting.
- Utilize ERP systems and specialized tax reporting software to manage large datasets effectively.
- Mentor team members and provide guidance on technical tax data workflows.
What you bring.
- 3–12 years of professional experience in tax operations or financial data management.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analytics tools.
- Proven experience in reconciliation, control design, and tax compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and tax reporting software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead automation projects within a financial operations environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
