About the role.
This role focuses on building and maintaining performance dashboards that give management clear visibility into service delivery, governance, and SLA outcomes. The successful candidate will automate recurring reporting, validate data for accuracy, and translate performance trends into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and drive process improvements based on root cause analysis.
What you will do.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for service performance and governance reporting.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, service delivery metrics, and performance trends.
- Prepare executive dashboards, MIS reports, and management presentations.
- Perform data validation, identify reporting gaps, and ensure data accuracy.
- Automate recurring reports and workflows using Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Analyze SLA breaches, identify root causes, and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
What you bring.
- Hands-on experience in Power BI and Power BI Service for dashboard development.
- Strong experience in service governance, performance monitoring, and KPI/SLA tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and reporting automation.
- Experience with data analysis, validation, and trend analysis.
- Working knowledge of SQL and dashboard data integration.
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Understanding of data governance principles and strong stakeholder management skills.
